Returns & Refunds

As each STRUNG piece is handmade to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged or there is a fault with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your piece and we will do our best to make it right.

Personalised items are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Breakages & Repairs

Every STRUNG piece is carefully hand-strung using high-quality materials. While we take great care in crafting each piece, jewellery should be handled gently and stored with care when not being worn.

To maintain the longevity of your piece, we recommend avoiding excessive pulling, stretching, water exposure, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.

Should your piece break within 30 days of purchase due to a manufacturing fault, we will happily restring it at no charge. Courier costs to and from our studio remain the responsibility of the customer.

For breakages occurring after 30 days, or where damage is caused by wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper handling, we offer a restringing service for a small fee plus any replacement materials required.

Should your piece require repair or restringing, courier costs to and from our studio will be the responsibility of the customer.

Event Cancellation Policy

Tickets to STRUNG experiences are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, please notify us at least 7 days before the event. Where possible, your ticket may be transferred to another guest or credited toward a future STRUNG experience.

Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of the event cannot be refunded or credited due to planning and material costs.

If STRUNG needs to postpone or cancel an event, guests will be offered either a full refund or a transfer to a future date.

Terms of Service

By purchasing a STRUNG product or booking a STRUNG experience, you agree to these terms and policies.

All products are handmade and may vary slightly in colour, shape, and natural stone characteristics. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique.

STRUNG reserves the right to update pricing, products, event details, and policies at any time without prior notice.

By attending a STRUNG event, you consent to photography and videography being captured for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested.
